10 st 1.3 lbs Fat machine 24.3% No WW. FINALLY sticking with it has paid off! If I could just lose a couple more pounds before hol that would be perfect.

10st 5 pretty much. Fat machine 25.3% No WW. My input was exceeded every day by my output so to not even have stayed the same is very galling. I'm really gutted. The IF suits me well enough as a method, but if the only results are invisible ones on my cholesterol and diabetes risk then I'm not sure it's for me! I'm never going to get 6lb off now before hol in one month. Just feels so unfair 😭

10 st 3.3 lbs Fat machine 24.7% No WW. Altho I burned loads of calories walking up Snowdon Mon, I sadly ate them all too! I think I had a deficit every day but never very much, and not enough to have lost anything today which is a shame but understandable. I had to relax the IF a bit with B&B breakfasts being quite early, and the rest of the week my calves were killing me so they knew I'd done it! So altho I met my steps goal each day since, I didn't do much else. But I've been back to IF since I got back and I'm not going to be disheartened, and hope for more of a result next week. Returning second daughter to uni today but hopefully I won't resort to too much comfort eating with the nest empty again!

10 st 3.3 lbs Fat machine 24.8 No WW. Another week of IF and has gone well. Started cycling this week a bit, can't believe I've left it till nearly end of year to get started, and also dismayed at how hard it is again, so out of shape! Feeling encouraged that by the Nov hol things could be significantly better, as currently my trousers are about 4" off fitting! But I have ordered the next size up on eBay as well so I'm covered either way 😄
