Im BAAAAAAAAAAAAACK
I'm Back. I see I hadn't weighed in since August 2017!!!
I have started the PH@TT Programme (Putting Heath at The Top) - Low calorie 500 cal a day with Supplements.
Will see how I go.
I did lose 20kgs with Isa Genix but I have put half of that back on over about 2 years :/ - Just through bad choices, Wine, Cheese etc...

ACV - Give it a go!
Well, I thought I'd give this Apple Cider Vinegar a go...1.3 kg's down in just 3 days... I'm not going to lie to you though. It tastes like absolute shit. But hey, if that's the results I'm going to get, I will suffer the 30 seconds of rankness twice a day..

I'm back - Let's do this all over again :/
Well it's been over a year and boy have I chunked up again! I just got lazy and back to my old ways. I am currently 4.6kg away from being my heaviest and need to act NOW. I found this site very motivating previously and hope to do it all again. This time, I am not using Isagenix but instead changing my eating / drinking habits and adding a little exercise...21 kg's to go (exactly what I lost up until January 2016)

It's been a while - BUT GOOD NEWS!
So, it's been a few weeks since I have logged in - good news is I am 15kgs down from when I started. Without even trying - I did put 3.5kgs on over Christmas thanks to my love of food and wine - but I am ok with that - because it has pretty much come straight back off! I have changed my goal weight because I think it is achievable now!
AND, I got engaged to my best friend of 25 years
