Today isn't bad at all.
Coke Zero has no carbs at all - that definitely helps quite a bit to keep me from feeling deprived.
I'm amazed at how nice everyone here is.
I wasn't really expecting any replies to yesterday's entry. :)

Breakfast:
2 eggs - 2 carbs
sausage - 0 carbs
1 cup of coffee w/ 2 splenda packets and 1 tsp. of cream. - 3 carbs
total: 5 carbs

Lunch:
1 cup of salad greens - 1 & 1/2 carb.
small amount of chicken - 0
1 & 1/2 pieces of ham - 1 & 1/2 carb.
1/2 boiled egg - 1/2 carb
1/2 oz. shredded sharp cheese - 1/2 carb.
1 tbsp dressing - 1 carb.
total: 5 carbs

Snack:
sugar free jello : 0

Dinner:
Beef stew of a type
Beef - 0 carb.
bacon - 1 carb.
tomatoes - 1 carb.
g. onions - 1 carb.
green salad - 1 & 1/2 carb.
1tbsp dressing - 1 carb.
total carbs : 4 & 1/2

14 & 1/2 carbs.

... and to make up the other 6 carbs, I'm having sugar free pudding made with whipping cream.

I did 30 minutes of yoga and took took the dog for a 45 minute walk.

I think that I can do this.
