I completely missed lunch today - I just forgot. Heh. I'm still not hungry but dinner is in the oven.
Breakfast:
2 egg omelette w/ 1/2 oz. of mozarella, 1/2 oz of parmesan, 1 slice of ham
Coffee w/ 1/4 tsp of stevia + 1 tsp of cream

Early afternoon snack:
9 little smokey things
1 oz. sharp cheddar.

I did really well last night.
Stuck to the things that I knew were okay and avoided all breads/ cakes/ candy & sweets.
Go me.
I'm not really hungry at all these days but I'm forcing my self to eat at regular intervals.
Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs with sausage/ celery / mushrooms and green pepper + 1 & 1/2 pieces of bacon

Lunch:
Romaine and Spinach salad with turkey, mushrooms, olives and parmesan cheese w/ 1 tbsp of dressing

Eggplant "pizza"

I am SO pleased with my weight loss so far and with the exception of a head ache that's been kind of lingering for the past day and a half, everything is really good.
I just returned from my Dr.
I printed out my food journal to show him and he was very pleased about my food choices and the weight loss.
He took blood to test all of my levels but he said that everything looked good.
Yay!
Breakfast:
Coffee with stevia and 1 tsp of cream.
2 egg omelette with spinach, olives, mushrooms and 1 oz. of parmesan cheese

It irritates me when people that don't know anything about Atkins critisize the diet that I'm on.
It's not friendly debate if one of the parties doesn't have all of the information.
And at any rate, I'm losing weight faster on Atkins than any other diet that I've been on. So, there.
