Pretty sure I ate more calories than recorded yesterday, but I did my best to estimate what I ate. Got in an easy run this morning, now to rock the rest of the day 💪

One whole week of recording food. 💪 It's higher than I want it to be, but I almost always wake up starving and go to bed hungry. Protein and fiber look good so I'm not really sure why. Maybe I'm not eating enough, but my garmin's calculated calorie count begs to differ.
I completed my intervals this morning ✅ Now the rest of the day should be easy.

I was so hungry yesterday, there was a lot of snacking before dinner. I recorded it though! I felt like I went to bed hungry and definitely woke up starving. Sleep and hunger were competing for my sole attention.
Today is rest day for sure. Have a good Tuesday everyone.

Successfully recorded yesterday 💪 I'm beat today though. Finished my swim, run, and grocery shopping for the day. I'd love to go back to sleep. If only!

Recorded yesterday 💪 Almost a habit? Weight up a tad this morning. Got in my 20 mile bike ride already, so I'm good for the day. I'm going to try really hard not to nap, we'll see. 😂
