My weight has been fluctuating this week, which is not surprising as I have been eating healthy one minute and bingeing another. I really want to be consistent and develop healthy eating habits but I find it really difficult.

Hello everyone, I've been trying to lose weight on and off for about 20 years. Since my last daughter was born 4 years ago I've gained 40 lbs. Now I need to lose about 90 lbs. I've been having a lot of health issues and I'm at a very high risk of being diabetic. At 238lbs and just 5' 3 the weight is taking a toll on me. I'm always tired, and have a lot of body aches and pains, especially in my back and feet. I know I need to make a change but it's really difficult for me to give up old habits and embrace change. Today is a new day! I'm willing to take that 1st step towards a healthier me.
