Monday: 1 cup fresh strawberries 8 ounces of skim milk..... 175 calories.
Lunch Tossed salad with lettuce,tomatoes,grated apple a few walnuts and low fat yougart for dressing.

I excerise 2 times a week and just started going back to T.O.P.S (TAKE OF POUNDS SENSILBLY) I have gained 20 pounds since I retired and need to take it off because I am having leg and hip problems and can't excerise as much as I would like to. I eat the right foods but like to snack in between meals and not on the right food
My Measurements are as follows
Bust...37 inches
Waist...33 inches UGH!!!
Hips...41 inches
Thighs...23 inches
Calf...14.5 inches
Upper arm...13 inches
