"Let's always be thankful for each day."
I have changed my diet over the years. Been fasting now. Doing more research in feeding my gut good stuff so the bacteria will look after me and repair what ever is broken. The body can heal if it is looked after. It is up to me to make that happen.
Having more vegetables and fruits these day. Feeling better with each day . My inflammation in my hands have been reduced. Not very hungry these days. A good thing.!
My gut now gets fed first thing in the morning some days with fermented food.
