Not Losing Weight !! Advice Needed!!
I was interested to see the amount of fat, protein, carbs which show as a pie graph at the bottom of our food diary. You might be eating under your calories but what persentage is fat? I was surprised how much fat is an egg for example. I try to eat healthy too but some days my fat equals my carbohydrates, just by eating extra meat or eggs. I was hill walking and actually gained weight so joined a gym. Still didnt loose so counting calories now and going to the gym.!

Hi, I have followed what you said but when I get to the page after ive clicked on , change my rdi, it just shows my stats, no option to change anything. Oh well, I will stick around 1400 I think.

Hi everyone! I signed up yesterday. After putting in my stats my calorie allowence is 2100. I am surprised that its so much! Flicking to another site, they say a similar amount but to loose weight quicker go with a count of 1400. With 2100 I can eat choc! Im fairly fit, go to the gym and I am, in my opinion, about 8 kg over weight. What do you think of your calorie count?
