It's time I face the facts. I can't go back to that weight. I can't go back to risking my health just to be skinny, it's not worth it. I won't let the anorexia win because I know that means death. I've been putting it off but I won't anymore. My goal cannot be 110. I've been close and it wasn't good. It's time to start aiming for healthy and that means basing my goals on what the doctor says and not what Ana says. Speaking of that, I can understand now that she isn't and has never been my friend, so I'm ready to change my username(if I can figure out how haha) It's time to face the truth. No, I am not done losing weight. But, yes, I can do it right this time and aim for healthy, not dying.
