A lot has happened...
I went to a dietitian.. her plan puzzled me a bit.. a lot of processed foods were on plan.. tostitos with refried beans, honeycomb (yes, honeycomb cereal) and some other things..
I was eating mostly all natural before but my cals were too low.. I still followed her plan which had a large increase from what I was eating.. prob due to me working out so much.. I met her Friday again and she really didn't help and didn't have a new meal plan ready.. I think I'm done with her..
I will just remain tracking cals on here... meet a 1400 goal.. eat proteins and carbs at every meal but low carbs around dinner and try not to eat after 7. Keep working with the trainer and do lots of cardio on non trainer days.
Saw the doctor yesterday.. she said I have a metabolic disorder, prob due to my past.. so she said yes, I need to increase to the 1400-1600 when I work out rather than the 1000-1200 I was eating. Also, she gave me samples of some drug to help get my metabolism going. I will see how I feel. I'm glad I'm finally getting answers though.. didn't make sense since I was literally working out more than anyone I know and watching my cals like a freaking hawk!!!!!
It will happen.
