i took a little while to get back on track since my birthday but I was able to do well these last couple of days. I did the Biggest Loser cardio Max video on Saturday and that went great. I am going to do this video 5 days a week for 6 weeks and see what results I will get. I started level 1 and will work up to level 3. Sunday my legs and butt were sore so it's nice to know that the video is working. I can't wait to get home to do it again. I am feeling really happy about my weight loss tonight and I am really proud of myself that I went to the gym before work. I can't wait to see what my next weight in will bring.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't seem to get back on track. I'm afraid that I will prove my Mom right and not get back to it. I don't want my super negative Mom to win. I need to do this. I want to succeed I just don't know why I am holding myself back. It really seems like my trip to San Diego really messed up my mind frame.

I didn't do to well last week. I have been feeling pretty sluggish. I went out of town on Friday and partied all weekend. I consumed SEVERAL beers at my Birthday party and ate what I wanted all Memorial day weekend including today. I feel pretty terrible right now and I plan on getting up early having a great healthy breakfast then hitting the gym. I am looking forward to starting to feel like my new healthy self again. I just ordered two biggest loser exercise DVD's and I am excited for them to get here. They both say they will deliver great results so I will keep you posted. Turning 30 was great and I can't wait to see how I will look when i turn 31. Healthy here I come.

Well I am now 30. I am a little bummed because I have fallen off the wagon these past few days. I am not sure if I am doing it cause I know that I will eat what I want this weekend or if it is just the munchies. I feel a little guilty but I plan on being good today and tomorrow. I will succeed this is just s little bump in the road. =)
