Still did not put a good day under my belt. Not sure if my mood is low do to being one week post op and the meds are messing with my head, or if I'm getting the holiday blues. Today I'm aiming to put forth some good effort at scoring a respectable day.

Thought I had enough resolve to be stronger yesterday.
I had company and used it as excuse to eat up some of the Thanksgiving Day leftover sweets instead of sticking to my plan. Caloric intake was not crazy, at least not for me, but I could have eaten healthier food choices.
Today I will try harder not to be tempted, by setting a better scenario. I know I do better when I don't try to inforce will power over hunger, but instead look for that middle road.
Today I ate a sound breakfast and a solid lunch, both healthy choices, and satisfying portions. I think I was to skimpy with my early day selections yesterday to be able to defeat desire.

Today is my first day with fatsecret, trying to wien off of MFD, it's been four years with them, and since the initial "honeymoon" there has been no weight loss that I did not gain back. Time to move on.
Although during my time with MFD, I have learned a great deal about nutrition and about myself. It's time to find something that works. Keeping an eye on the goal, and applying what I have learned are my two major goals. Also maintaining a substantial reduction in calories, that up to this point was something I could not bring myself to do, this will be crucial to meeting my goal. Another very important goal which should prove to be productive in both weight loss and renewed health is to avoid inflammatory foods as much as possible.
