Adding a tablespoon of Parmesan & Kosher salt to the Cauliflower risotto really improved the flavor. Good rice sub.

The 130’s (barely, lol)…..need to get back to my 20 min 4xs a week of resistance training back, so I can stay hopeful to meet my goal. Hittin some miles up for cardio today on the golf course.
