So far, since the start of my New Year journey, I have lost 10 pounds, even! So far so good, but SO far to go. I will say my hardest time is after work, at home. My previous habits have been to come home, hang out, and snack on something (anything!) while I watch a little mindless TV to wind down at the end of the day. Not doing that has been really hard, but if I feel the urge to snack, I'll do something like a yogurt or an orange... all in all, I've been very good about staying on track with my eating habits. I am hopefully going to start trying to incorporate more exercise starting next week. I might actually throw that into my BL challenge I'm doing and make it fun by creating some sort of mini-challenge out of it.
