Still making headway, and I am at my WW "goal weight" now so I can attend meetings again free. Yeah for that milestone! Still want to reach my personal goal weight by summer.
I have been finding it easier to follow the plan for the last 2 weeks. I hope this trend will continue.
In the short term I really really want to break throught the 150lb. barrier as that will be a true turning point for me.

Seem to be doing well, and will find out for sure tommorrow at WW weigh in. I have been sticking to my points limit, and not eating my points for exercise.
Walked for 2.5 hours yesterday.

One week back at WW meetings - first weigh in a reminder that "meetings work". Definately worth the price!
I have a lunch out today, plus a b.day celebration tonight. I have 15 point for both. I will need at least 7 points for b. day celebration. I know there will be wine at lunch (allowing 4 points), so I will have a big salad for the main meal. I think it is best to plan to use some of my 35 points allowance today.

I stayed on plan yesterday - even with a book club meeting ( always a previous downfall ) It really helped that I had a generous number of points saved (6) so that I could have wine, a small slice of bread and some grapes. I also sat away from the food, and asked for tea in the end.
I am beginning to enjoy the increase in veggies and fruit as well.
This time, I feel like I am in the right frame of mind about losing weight.

Okay - So I have decided that I need the support of WW meetings. I signed up last Friday, and really enjoyed the meeting. I was able to turn my eating around on the weekend, and I feel like I will do better this week for sure. I am resetting my weight number today to match the number on the WW scale with clothes on so that I can watch my weight chart over the next couple of months.
