I would like to know the various types of saturated fats that I can consume while on a diet. I guess coconut milk does count. But, how many options do I have?

Tracking steps and adding calories to my exercise count
I don't know much about it. But, I believe that a person's height greatly effects the distance covered in certain time. If you are 5' tall, you need more effort to cross 2 miles than a 6' tall person. There are distance calculators. But, I don't know about step counter app.

HELP. What am I doing wrong??
I do not think you are doing anything wrong.It is not necessary to lose weight always.What is more important is to be healthy and maintain the right weight.It will be of no use if you lose a lot of weight and look undernourished.Eating healthy and exercising is something which will help you attain your goal.
