I went for a 6 mile run outside today! It was awesome, fun, and refreshing. I took the dog with me too. I feel like I have started my New year off on the right foot. I am not going to weigh in though til the end of the week. I know I have gained and I want to try to make that scale go down.

Please touch museum in Philly is awesome! Took the kids there today and was moving the whole time. No excersize today but walked a lot around the museum. Kept to my calories pretty well!

Lost 2 pounds in two days. Watched calories very closely (even with some cookies) and excersized both days. Wow this really can work!

Wow i was Hungry when I woke up! I ate a ton for lunch today after my run. Now that I am looking at what I ate I wonder if I ate too much?
