Almost 2 weeks without working out, just following my 1600 diet reasonably well... Lost 0.8 kg in two weeks! Doctor's recommended weigh achieved! Great! :)

I'm not recording all my diet, so, no.. I'm following a 1600 kcl diet. Well, sometimes it's definetely more than 1600... it's working tho.

Following diet (1600 kcl) and doing some exercise during last week. Lost back the kilo I gained during the 2 weeks period before my last weight.
