I'm starting my 27th week of weight training today. That means I have successfully stuck to my weight lifting plan for 6 months. Halfway to a year with my new lifestyle, I have lost approx 6% of my body fat and I have replaced it with an estimated 6 pounds of muscle. I went from an "obese" body fat percentage to an "average" one. I may not have lost many pounds (only 3.6lbs!) but I have lost 4.5 inches off my waist! More than numbers, I have found more energy and happiness in my life as a result of taking good care of myself ❤️
Body Measurements:
End Week 26 September 7 2024:
Weight 139.6 lbs.    53 lb muscle. 30% body fat
Waist 28" Hip 41"

End Week 17 July 6 2024:
Weight 141.2 lbs.   51lb muscle 31% body fat
Waist 29" Hip 41"

End Week 8 May 4 2024:
Weight 140.2 lbs.     49lb muscle 33% body fat
Waist 30.5" Hip 40.2"

End Week 1 March 9 2024:
Weight 143 lbs.      47lb muscle 36% body fat
Waist 32.5" Hips 42.5"
Weigh-in: 139.6 lb lost so far: 9.4 lb still to go: 4.6 lb Diet followed reasonably well
