I'm back from Amsterdam. Ready to get this exercise thing going! I have training on Monday. It will be a physically active training so I expect to burn some calories. I also plan on joining the YMCA next week.

Ugh, had a doctor's appointment today. Their scale is about 4 pounds heavier than mine.
I think I'm going to have to suck it up and join the Y.

Long day in court today! I am worn out but took a short walk with baby. I think I need to set some small goals for myself.
Goal #1 To take a walk during lunch or sometime during the day. I've had my shoes and athletic pants in the car for 2 days but just didn't get motivated enough to go for a walk.
Goal #2 To be down to 216 lbs by 11/15 and to be able to maintain that weight or be below it on 11/30 (my birthday).
