Doing ok. This weekend was kind of an emotional rollercoaster, a lot of personal and interpersonal problems and not feeling very happy :(

So I'm doing/feeling pretty good this week. I have accomplished my goal of cooking 3 meals. I made soy-ginger chicken on Sunday and wasn't as good as before :( , made a turkey enchilada casserole on Monday and tonight I made vegetarian chili with cornbread. Got in a little exercise walking from my office to the courthouse today and my spirits have been up since this weekend.

Overall today has been a great day. Quiet and peaceful. I made 2 recipes from here, Soy Ginger Chicken and Pumpkin muffins. The chicken didn't come out as good as it did the first time I made it and I think that's because I used frozen chicken breasts. Did a lot of housework and playing with my daughter. My goal this week is to prepare at least 3 dinners this week and to get some exercise at work.

I feel like I am eating better but I'm not getting any real exercise and I feel hungry all day!
