I think it came with the Spring, thanks God for that!:D I have modified the Slimming World diet to my own needs and knowledge. 6 days of lean meat, veg and greens, one day of low carb food, 0% fat dairy and beans. Fruit and a small shot of cholesterol lowering yoghurt everyday, drinks: herbal teas, water.
