I am finally beginning to attempt to eat healthy. I am trying to incorporate more fruits and vegetables in my diet. Today I packed my own lunch and had carrots, grapes, apple sauce and a turkey sandwich with swiss cheese. I did have 3 tootsie rolls and 2 smarties, but I don't think I have been derailed from my diet. Generally, I will have a pbg sandwich, a piece or 2 of candy, a bag of either fruit or a vegetable, and some pretzels.
Next week I plan on working out a 2 or 3 days after work for the foreseeable future. Hopefully I can stick to my diet and exercise regiment so I can reach my goal of 185 by May and 175 by August.
