I bought a kitchen weighing scale. I weigh all my food... I think it turns out I am not really eating 1600kcal per day???? But am still not losing weight... Ohmygosh 🤣😂😂🤣😕 dunno what to do now.... 🙃 Am laughing but am puzzled. 🤣

I am running almost everyday but why am I not seeing results. Is this because I am 30 and my metabolism is too slow. :(... Am feeling a bit down but I will still continue. I need to crave for healthier food how? :(

If you have 1600 kcals target a day... Does that mean I have to fullfill that 1600 or I should target to eat less than that. My exercise usually is walk/run, workout on abs/legs, swimming for 1hr. Any thoughts please? I am not losing weight. :(

Omg.. No rice is working again.. And continuous tum walk and light workout in the gym.
