So today is april 11 and i weigh 57 kg, by May 11th, i want to get down to 55 or 54 kg, by June 11th, i should be at 53 or 52 kg by July 11th i should have reached my goal weight of 50 kg.

I've decided that i an going to stop having cheat days and im going to use this app to be accountable. I am also going to start eating more vegatbles and fruits.

i havent worked out for three weeks and i feel terrible. First i went on retreat and ive been sick for the past two weeks. Ive still been doing interminent fasting and eating under my calorie deficit so i hope it wont hinder my progress too much.
