Lost 5.2% body fat since starting this journey in January. However, I find myself making excuses not to exercise (StrongLifts and 5k training) these past few days which worries me since it's not like I do much in the first place when compared to other people. #findingmotivation

Feeling like an 'Overcomer' and bonafide champion...for avoiding another A&W lettuce wrapped Double Mozza Burger! Went to the grocery store and created my own version which is cheaper, healthier and bound to be tastier. The burger patties are broiling as I type 😋

Right direction, yet perhaps the wrong way: overtraining and undereating on too many days last week. Working on finding the best balance for the body I'm creating for the next 40+ years
