Was surprised to still be losing today after last night's binge of naan bread, a brownie, 2 random tablespoons of PB and baked Italian chicken legs (all while watching Law & Order). Then I remembered that I haven't updated my TDEE in over a month. All the extra desire for food the past 3 weeks and the stalled weight loss last month make sense now! I'm conservatively increasing RDI to 1550 calories (with 1-2 refeed days at 1800). Macros remain 40/40/20. However, I'll reconsider low carb in another 25 lbs as I'm unsure whether my body is responding as well as it did initially.

Boiled the lentils in bone broth yesterday afternoon and had it for lunch today. Cheese and fresh basil were last minute additions. One cup of soup, more than half my RDI... #noregrets
