steady weight

I'm surprised and happy with the loss. I've had a tough time sticking to my WOE I would be ok for a couple of days and then mess up. Maybe seeing the loss will help me do better this week, I sure hope so.
I hope I'm not trying to come down with something my stomach was upset yesterday and I've started today that way. Not throwing up just not quiet right. I keep looking at my coffee thinking do I really want this or not.
My ankle is a little better I've been staying off it and icing it even though I hate ice but I want it to get well and it does look a little better.
Marcel has decided Dyna is here to stay I guess he's coming out in the main part of the house more but he still wants her to leave him alone.
I have new hope I will do this one day at a time. I know we can all do this one day at a time.

losing 1.4 lb a week
15 January 2017
I had a really bad day yesterday my ankle really hurt a lot. More than it has since I got the cast put on I don't know if I didn't wear the boot enough or if I was just on it too much but I hope today isn't a repeat. I'm going to be on it less. I wanted to get a pedicure Thrusday but it still hurts so much I don't know. I haven't had one in 7 weeks so I really need it.
It's cool and rainy here which is unusual but kinda nice, we don't get enough rain.
My WOE is going ok but it's only been a couple of days and I have to be in this for the long haul but I'm looking forward to getting rid of this extra weight and keeping it off. I will do this because I want it and I need it!
I hope you've all had a good weekend and we'll give it all we've got in the coming week.

I'm not surprised with the weight. I got my cast off Wednesday I still have some swelling and lots of pain that I didn't expect. I got a boot to wear part of the time and I'm suppose to walk on it part of the time. The walking really makes it hurt. I also have some PT to do. He told me I would have pain and swelling for 6 months to a year.
I've really got my work cut out for me with my weight but now that the scale can stare back at me that should help, although I did awful yesterday I ate a lot of cheese cake we had in the house. That pretty much takes the foods I don't need out of the house. At least the ones I have a weakness for. So today is a new start for me.
To me: I will do this one day at a time starting now!
This is my new $250 boot.

gaining 0.7 lb a week

I'm trying something different in my WOE in hopes it will help to break some of the bad habits I've picked up in the last couple of months. I have to stop snacking so much and have my meals be my main source of food. I haven't had ice cream in a couple of weeks now and I'm starting to not miss it so much.
I see my ankle Dr tomorrow and hope to get this cast off, of course he will replace it with a boot but at least maybe it will rub in different places and I hope to be able to take it off to shower and sleep. I've known other people in boots and that's what they did of course they had a broken bone not a repair for a torn tendon so I'll have to wait and see. Wish me luck.
To me: As I'm restarting my WOE I will work hard one day at a time. I know I can do this I just have to have and keep the right mind set.
