Was sick with a 24 hour flu yesterday, so that probably is contributing to my weight loss - Not sure whether that is a good or bad thing. xD I am feeling a lot better today though.

It seems a little strange and drastic that I've lost 3.5 lbs in 3 days, but perhaps it could be an error. However, this could maaaaybe be possible since Saturday was my first ever time doing hours of working out in one day, and I've come back to the Y to do cardio for 45 mins yesterday and today. My mother says maybe I respond quickly to exercise like my dad hm... I'm happy either way though.

Joined the YMCA recently, hopefully I can get my game on and lose some weight/ get toned. My weight has hovered at about 145 lbs for most of high school, and I am excited to get some actual exercise in! Hopefully in the next year or two I can reach my goal weight.
