The diet is going well.....I have been able to make good for you french frie's and mashed potatoes that has helped me greatly.....everything is good here in life change-land

The wife and I have started this journey together. We was concerned at first glance but that was just fear in thinking we was giving up our old friends sugar and flour. We have come to realize that they never was our friends and we have found our new mates for life. The balanced menu and our own touch has made us very happy over the last week. The meals are very tasty and it gives a good mental approach to life and diet knowing you are eating right for your body. Together this battle of the bulge will be defeated.
