How do you deal with perfectionism and “all or nothing” thinking when it comes to food?
Example- I drank chocolate milk which has excess calories and sugar. I can’t really afford that because I’m trying to lose weight. So the entire day of eating is ruined.
In all actuality…it’s simply a cup of chocolate milk. Nothing more. Nothing less. It doesn’t wipe out all my positive gains.
I’m either dieting perfectly or overeating perfectly. There’s no middle ground for me.
How do you find middle ground and stop one small mistake from snowballing into and Avalanche?

Just got back from a good workout. 45 minutes on the stairclimber! Yea!
I like cardio so exercise is usually easy.
Unfortunately…I like sugar too!

Hello everyone. I had a pretty good day. Spent 45 mins on stepper and ate healthy, nutritious meals.
I still feel pretty self conscious about my body. (I’m 10 lbs overweight)
But I’m making small progress.

Good morning. I joined Noom a few months ago and lost 20 pounds. I was at my goal weight and felt great. But for some reason I started overeating again and gained back 10 pounds.
Noom is a good app but it doesn’t really have a community of supportive people.
I feel really alone and discouraged.
That’s why I joined this app.
I’m hoping I can create a small group of people that offer motivation, encouragement and support.
For some reason…people that I don’t follow show up on my feed…even after I changed my filter. The food picture are triggering so I’m trying how to figure out how to deal with them.
Not sure what to do but I’m hopeful.
