Today was a failure. Junk food, junk food and more junk food.
Tomorrow is a new day.
My commitment for tomorrow:
1) healthy, nutritious meals
2) cardio and stretching
3) 64 oz water
Any tips to deal with discouragement?

My morning schedule looks like this: wake up, walk my dog for 30-40 minutes, coffee, straighten the house for about 10 minutes then head to the gym.
My goal is to leave the house by 8:00 am for the gym.
Just thought I’d share.
My commitment for tomorrow:
1) weigh and measure my food
2) record food…even if I don’t have a perfect diet day
3) cardio and stretching
4) at least 64 oz of water 💦

I haven’t had a perfect week. I ate too much junk food and skipped exercising today. So I feel discouraged and kind of want to give up.
But I’m going to ignore the voice in my head that says “this is useless”.
My commitment for tomorrow:
1) healthy & nutritious meals 🥦
2) cardio
3) drink lots of water 💦
I’m going to try an experiment…what will happen if I keep moving forward inspite of my failures, discouragement and doubt?
