I was craving something sweet. I deliberately dont have any junk in the house to reduce tempation. So this is my dessert - Plain yoghurt, a few berries, seed and nut mix with cinnamon. Now my craving is more than satisfied 😊

Havent done grocery shopping. Went to the deli at spar, was so tempted to get the chips and russian mix but decided to stay focussed. Wings and veggie with 1L of water

Dinner. Small thigh with mix salad - chick peas, barley, corn, peppers, mushrooms, cucumber, olives, red onion and a splash of lemon for dressing.

So I Was supposed to weigh in yesterday but I know my because of my mensies it will show a "gain". I always feel bloated and heavy at the beginning if my cycle. So I skipped the weigh in...I honestly didnt wanna feel discouraged or want to do the mental math of what's real weight and what is just water retention or what ever it is that makes us ladies heavier around our cycle . Will definitely do it next monday though 😊
