So now I have figured it takes about 3 hours of mixed activites on Wii Fit Plus to burn 500 Calories.
Along with my other goals towards a healthy lifestyle I am thinking burning at least 500 Cals a day is a great goal!
Working out twice a day when I can't go out seems to be working great.
EXCEPT for the fact that I am gaining some serious muscle again and of course thats throwing my weight off ! XD
It's 3 am so my time clock is finally on the 22nd and yet I want to work out for another 3 hours!
Whats wrong with me.
I feel like my OCD is slowly taking over and going to make me workout until I keel over o_0
Earlier my back and shoulders were killing me.
I did some yoga and threw on the back and shoulders routine and well I'm not crying for a back massage now.
Amazing what yoga can do for you XD
I really need some hand weights for my Aerobics.
I seem to recall Nintendo making some funky weight packs for the Wii Fit system but don't recall seeing them in my last trip to EB when I bought Plus.

I am thinking some free step and maybe another free run are in order then a shower.
