I am 44 years old. I have had issues with my weight since my teens. I have done numerous diets including NutriSystem(1994=Lost30lbs) and WeightWatchers(2002=Lost37lbs). I became bored with NutriSystem and gained back all the weight plus another 30lbs over 8 years. The WeightWatchers plan started out great but I never liked the group meetings. I hit a "plateau" and slowly but surely gained all but 9lbs back. My biggest down falls are eating out and not preparing healthy meals. FAST, CHEAP, and EASY is not working out too well for me. I need to do this for myself, my back, my knees, and my family.
