Coffee in Phase 1
I have 2 cup ever morning with a little fat free creamer in it and managed to loose 6 lb in sevn days on FS. So it can be done. I know it's better without but the only way I can get up at 5 am to fit in my workouts is to have a cup or 2. I'm so not a morning person.
