I am doing ok with meals, cutting back or eliminating white bread, potatoes, and such but thise late night gotta haves are stilll there. The things you want even though you are not hungry. Mostly SUGAR cravings! 🤦♀️

Started over AGAIN! I am not sure how much I can do but I didn't quit. My last Dr. appointment confirmed what I already knew, I am diabetic. i have cut out white bread, potatoes and white rice. Sugar is still my craving though. have to work on that more.
