Wondering if Diet Pills are Dangerous for your Health?
fat loss pills can work but it depends on your body fat more or less if you want to push your results abit further but you still need to have a good training regime and nutrition plan. its not a miracle pill.
If you like spicy food it works just the same to be honest!

1200 calorie per day but most of the calories still come from carbs
if you go low carb don't do this long term, low carb will reduce the amount of water your body holds, when you go back to carbs you will likelygain the weight back while essentially your body will try to use fat for energy in the long term your body will adjust and start storing fat to keep your body functioning, a balanced diet of carbs fats and protein is the key. all macronutrients have a role to play!

How much on average a week is good weight loss?
Hi. There really is no magic number weekly weight loss the reason why is Weight has many variables such as water retention and food consumed.
Weigh yourself in the morning when fasted before breakfast, same time once or twice a week.
Also take measurements as this is a more accurate indication rather than relying on weight alone.
