Ok I must admit I have been slacking IDK when was the last time I went to the gym. If I want to get healthy and lose weight I have to get back in the gym. ASAP...... NO EXCUSE....JUST DO IT.

I exercised for a hour yesterday. It is really difficult if you do not have a excercise buddy, but I have to push myself it I want to reach my goal.

Started back at the gym on August 3, 2012. Trying to go the gym every other day and the days that I don't go. I will either walk, run, or ride my bike for a mile or two on Leon Creek Greenway walking train with the kiddos. I plan on being 10 to 15 pounds lighter and on my way to a healthier me. Loving the sore muscles.
