Soooo I have lost 6.4 lbs. I am thrilled. I actually use 2 apps the other is for keto but I started this one first! My keto says I've lost 3 lbs in 3 days woo-hoo but since I started 6.4lbs is so far! I'm just that much closer to my goal. I really just wanna be under 200 I really want that. I haven't been in the 100s since I got pregnant with my first child!!!! I got so close 202 before I got pregnant with my last child so I know I can do it. Good luck to all of you as well!

These things are frigging disgusting no lie keto pancakes nasty I even added a few Simi sweet chocolates nope still nasty. Eww😖
