hmmm..thanksgiving, pms, dinner out for my anniversary, and a batch of deer jerky was not kind to my weight--or, rather, I was not kind to my body! Better next week!

Bye Bye PMS bloat! I gained last week and ate too much with Halloween--just didn't fess up on fatsecret! Anyway...things are better with the weight. Pretty busy right now. Can't ever seem to figure out really staying on-track on the weekends....or just haven't troed as hard as I need to. Exercise would help....

Losing weight really feels good. The skin on my tummy is really grossing me out, though. Three kids (including a set of twins) and years of yo-yo dieting have taken their toll. I guess I shoudn't complain. The wrinkles are better than the fat :)
