Goodmorning Everyone!!!

I hope you all had a successful week!!!! and if not thats ok too, A 4 pound lose for me this week,, !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1 more pound and i have reached a mini goal weight...

I am doing the 15 mile challenge and I guess it works, I have been walking 6 miles a day and adding intervals of running with it a 1/2 mile here and a mile there all adds up...

I am planning to visit a new fitness center in my area that is BEAUTIFUL it even has a STEAM room!!!! I have a free one week pass, so I am hoping to go today to get all the info and direct route it is a little far from my house, but will use the free week and see if its worth the drive, it is costly as well, but, I guess we can'y put a price on making our bodies beautiful the HARD way!!!! RIGHT????

Goodmorning Everyone

Still loosing!!! and how GREAT it feels to be under 170..... My mother-in-law was up yesterday and told me how great I look, and this is the thinnest she has seen me in a hundred years!!!!! I told her my goal weight and she said I should'nt go under 145 because then I will be all saggy????? Do you think thats true????? and according to my BMI scale on the computer says I am still slightly over weight.... and for my age and height I should weigh between 122 and 162 go figure a 40 pound difference?????? its all so confusing...

I went to my doctor the other day, I have tendinidious.. in my right shoulder upper arm,, he said I look great and hes proud of me,, to keep up what ever I am doing, because it WORKS for me, I told him my goal weight and he said when you look in the mirror and you are truely happy with you thats your goal weight.... I also told him that I think I don't always eat enough, he asked me if I was starving or if I feel good, I feel good he said thats all thats important..

I wrote in my journal last week and no one answered my questions, or responded for the first time... how do I get buddies????? and I also joined the new 15 mile run challenge how does it work, and do I record????

well I am getting ready to meet a friend this morning mondays I walk/jog 6 miles.... I want to try to start doing that everyday... I also read that walking first thing in the morning is better and better for your stomach, when it is empty, later in the day they say it is filled with fluid and gases.... INTERESTING?????
