I am digital artist who spends most of my day at a desk working on a computer.

When I first started using this site I weighed about 415 lbs. This site helped me lose a little over 130 lbs originally. I had gained about 70 of that back, but have lost it again.

Now I'm giving it a go again. I'm working on losing another 50lbs.

No Weight Lost
Also remember that muscle weighs more than fat. If you have been working out a lot you are probably building up your muscle. Keep up what you're doing if it feels right. You will see results soon enough.
