身高165 、最重81公斤 2019年 4月開始減重 到2019年 10月份已瘦快20公斤
但持續一直維持在61.62.63公斤 2020年 5月再減醣 還是一直卡住
開始食物秤重 算基礎代謝率 終於體重降到60以下
目前還持續減醣 降體脂肪。 2020年9月中旬後 沒再秤重食物 什麼食物都能吃 只是量的問題 拿鐵大杯我也是每天一杯 要開心減重 爆卡後會運動消耗熱量 每天喝水量會超過2千
運動方面 爬山 快走 有氧 慢跑
