Note:
"Willi ist der Beste!", daher der Name. Einmal zubereitet reicht er für die ganze Woche, man hat immer frischen Teig für Brötchen, Pizza etc. im Kühlschrank, macht wenig Mühe, dafür aber extrem lange satt und ist gesund und sehr, sehr günstig... Durch die lange Gehzeit (mindestens 12h, gerne mehr) ist auch schon alles Gluten im Weizen fermentiert und er richtet keinerlei Schaden mehr an. Der Geschmack erinnert etwas an Pizzabrötchen.
