ahhh I'm so happy! I brought down the .75lbs I had gained last week and an additional 2.5! I'm so happy and feeling good about myself for participating in my first ever challenge! So far I've been very good with my calories making wiser choices only thing I really need to work on is more exercising so far I'm up to twice a week a whole lot better than before but still the challenge was for 5-6 days a week. I am walking more though I have been parking further away from destinations just so I can add a few more burned calories in my exercise tracker... :D I am super excited now for next week whoo hoo!!!
