But of a slip , back into it now, Easter will be a challenge. Reckon I slipped into crisis mode when I 40hr fasted , will keep them to 30hrs seems to work best for me .
218.5 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
