I'm not getting much sleep. I'm exhausted because El keeps waking up. I'm too busy with classes, research, and the kids to excercise. I am not happy about this.
178.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
