Finally weight going in the right direction. It is amazing how much learning there is to losing weight and how many little mistakes I have made and continue to make. I think the one constant that I have had going is that my diet which is good 85% of the time. I think that is awesome personally. However it is the things outside the diet that can affect the weight-loss. For me it is still lack of sleep or adequate rest which I feel is increasing my body cortisol levels and slowing down my weight-loss. My planning is taking a bit longer to finalise however I shall set mini-goals instead of trying to come up with a wiz-bang short-term life plan. I think my first goal will be to simplify everything and bring everything down to the lowest common denominator and build from there.
